Impressing guide is really difficult

From last 2 months there is no considerable progress in the project.

All the project architecture is changed, So every thing is under a UNDO, REDO phase. Targets are heavy towards new results, 2nd Stage of the project, publications. But a real tough time to cope-up.

In another 15 days Semister End Exams, immediatley followed by Campus placements and in no time 2nd Stage report has to be submitted.

More over, when the guide has lot of expectations with the quality and deliverables of the project, running with time to meet everything is a real difficult task.
Tough time guys! Life means nothing with out challenges. Lets see what the result of all these challenges on me will be?

Save Resources

Hi,
I am very sad now The guy sitting with me in my lab today is just wasting Power like anything. Just after coming in, He turned on the ACs. Immediately left the room with lights on and went to another room and sat under a fan.

After 10 mins he left that place with that fan on to my table and increased my FAN's speed. I dont understand his intention and freedom. Obviously all this behaviour is since it is FREE for him. I bet he would never dare to behaved so if these luxories have costed for him.

Inbetween I tried to convence him that he is wasting resources. But to my surprise he answered as if he is aware of that. I guess no one can be worser than that. ie being aware doing the mistakes. I am bit modest to switch off the unused fans/lights telling them the same reason about RESOURCE WASTAGE all the time. More over I turn mood off when something is beign wasted in my presence.

Even I do waste, Most of the times, during night I fall asleep while studying, leaving light on the entire night. But atleast I try to save when I am aware.

Solution??
I dont know really. But I should try to be patientful (GANDHI-GIRI), bold ( to repeat again and again) to keep undoing others wastages attempts.

I request all to SAVE RESOURCES and if possible suggest/support any better procedure to avoid RESOURCES WASTAGE.
